I'm a 25 year old single guy in Australia from Seattle with my sister trying to find the local culture and the best spots not in the tourist manual. I'm a really chill kinda guy that is up for an adventure at anytime. My friends back home would describe me as a good friend, dependable, funny (in a sarcastic way), and all around 'go with the flow' dude. I love travel and experience new things that's why I jumped ship on the states and came here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My sister and I dropped everything we had back in the states to come to Australia, buy a car roadtrip for a year on a working and holiday visa to experience this great country.

Interests

I have a lot that I'm interested in and I'm always willing to give new activities a try. I am a licensed skydiver, snowboarder, skimboarder soon to be surfer. I love playing sports like soccer and baseball but am currently recovering from an acl tear. Huge NFL and EPL fan, trying to get into footy/rugby/cricket while I'm in the country. Besides that I love going out and hitting the clubs/bars but appreciate the necessity to have chill nights and zone out to netflix.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love pretty much everything in music besides country. When it comes to movies i enjoy science fiction/fantasy, a good cult classic, psychological thriller, if you like Pulp Fiction or the Hobbit Series we'll get along just fine. Really love EDM and rap/hip-hop concerts. I'm a big reader of science fiction and historical novels sprinkled in with some Game of Thrones (the I'm going to die it's so long kinda books).

I went to europe and backpacked around with my sister for a month over the summer in 2012 and did too many fun things to name!
