I have been teaching music in Philadelphia for four years now — before that, stints in southern Connecticut, New York's Hudson Valley, and St. Croix in the Virgin Islands. One of my favorite ways to travel has been to visit youth music programs around the world where I can meet and work with people who share my passions and find meaningful contact with the local cultural life.
