ABOUT ME

I've been living in New Zealand for the past 6 months or so. The intention was to have a bit of a holiday and then start looking for engineering work. Its been a bit of a slow process so i've been busying my time with temporary work and travelling about a bit.

PHILOSOPHY

This it still open to debate.

In a very much 'see what happens' mode at the moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment i'm only able to surf as opposed to offer place to sofas until I get a place sorted.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have only recently discovered CS so still relatively new to the community. I decided to get involved based on some good experiences I had heard from a number of people and it sounded like an interesting thing to do.

Interests

Mainly into mountain biking, climbing, music and guitar.

Plus the usual going out for a few and having a good one.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big Lebowski - enough said

Into heavier, more rocking music but a few things occasionally slip through the net.

Don't really have any particular preference when it comes to books. Like to have one on the go but normally choose them through recommendations from other people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drove across Europe to do the most bitching Via Ferrata route in Switzerland. Followed by a 3 days session at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany.

Teach, Learn, Share

Can play the guitar to a sort of decent level. know at least enough to show the basic and get someone started on the road to rocking out.

Got a selection of some alternative music that might be of interest.

Have also travelled about a bit so might be able to help out on some info of place to go.

Anyone wants to know about water treatment, i'm your man.
