About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to conquer all that has already been conquered and everything that hasnt and smile lots too

ABOUT ME

well, to update from below.. i left australia! waahh..more travelling never ending randomness. In paris now..after spending maybe 6 weeks in indonesia (overstaying my visa - woops). Now i am in paris, lost or something. Trying to learn french by moving around couchsurfing, speaking, living...

I was doing loads of travelling just recently, i have just got back from a 2 year stint overseas. Gawwwd. A long time and is odd to be back. Trying to return the super fun couchsurfing funtimes that i had overseas. bring some happy vibes into my home and around. Show ppl my country..I intend to keep travelluing through y life if i can..I left australia find fun ppl who share a mindset of intercultural interest and etc. Actually i don't mind if i don't find ppl with that mindset simply interesting things or ppl. I am back now so i am continueing to bring ppl into my home.. I am totally accepting of all kinds of ppl whoever they are and wherever they come from. I find all in life intriguing and interesting. I love languages, sciences, music.. arts and literature and most importantly the complexity of the human character.I also like to party and have a beer. In my travels so far i have been to canada, guatemala, mexico, belize, england, france, holland, spain, portugal, italy, morroco, thailand and blah blah blah, and now, lots lots more. I studied spanish in guatemala which was so much fun and also french in montpellier franceeee. I have fallen in love with argentine mountains, i studied german in berlin...and soon i am taking my bro to indonesia :)

PHILOSOPHY

do unto others what they would have done unto themselves - treat ppl how they want to be treated ayyyyyy.

logical karma - if you do good stuff, good stuff naturally happens to you

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would bring a smile and good time to whoever took me in. I like to think i have a unique wisdom or perhaps craziness that most people would find interesting. I hope I can just be another fun and interesting person to hang out with.. and of course offer a couch when i get one! - well now i have a couch, a house and whatever..Come and be merry, entertain me with your wonderful internationalness

Music, Movies, and Books

reading lots of spanish literature at the moment.
trying to learn more about jazz and failing. I love metal, hip hop, drum and bass, classical guitar, flamenco guitar. There is SooOOoOOooO much music out there to get to know. I love to meet someone who is passionate about their music and steal what they think is exemplar of their chosen style.. or something.

I love horror and sci fi. Anything that grabs u by the balls. I like political documentaries too. Certainly my favorite type of movie has to engage me (rather than comedy) although i do like to laugh...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked offshore, on a boat travelling around the world, working in the arctic circle, in denmark, in the gulf of mexico..

going to refugio frey in argentina, i fell in love with the andes, and just well, i love em

lots of nice places in the world that are amazing.. untechoparachile en chile, was memorable, learning living perpetuating losing returning..

deserts in the sahara...hmmm

Teach, Learn, Share

i could prolly teach spanish now.. i have. I have taught maths, and ahem, electromagnetics and electromechanics (maybe lost all that now). I have taught english of course, and yeah, maths/physics/spanish/engish/wipeout20976/c
