HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couchsurfing, but i love the whole idea/philosophy of it and I spread the word to those I meet who are not yet aware of this treasure trove of experiences and opportunities.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived in Ollantaytambo, Peru, for a while and hosted a handful of surfers and I di a bit of couchsurfing while travelling through Paraguay before Peru., Now I am living in Quito, Ecuador and am eager to start hosting again.

Biology - every creature big and small. A desire to keep learning about everything and anything from different people, from different environments, to travel the world with an open mind to what the road has to offer me.
Recently bought a violin and am eager to learn and more importantly at least produce a good sound from it :)

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I like all types of music except nearly all chart/pop music. I am really enjoying the andino music culture throughout the andes in all its variations. And I really love how alive music is here, a lot of people play instruments here and a lot listen to the traditional music also.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

When I trekked up to a very sacred lake (Pitusiray) at 4200m close to Calca in Peru, was definitely one of most memorable experiences. We stayed up there 3 nights, its a very special place. I really love this altitude above 4000 when trees stop growing and you just have long, golden grass everwhere, its magical scenery.

I have lots of english to teach and I want to learn many languages, at least to able to converse in them. Anything Biology related I am keen to learn and share whatever bits I know.
Music is always a great thing to sahre internationally, unfortunately Im only starting the violin so I have nothing to teach in that regards but am very eager to learn as my teacher is just the odd youtube video and a book :)
