About Me

ABOUT ME

Somebody Loves You

This is a story about a god who wrote a story about a boy who lived the story of a girl who sat in the dead leaves and the dirty ground when there wasn’t anyone else around no one to be found to reside or be beside herself who said god is a lot like me a protector of the weak this protector is a lot like a god who wished that she wouldn’t find out that she wasn’t a real song writer to go dutch on the light of her cigarette lighter to become a firestarter or a firefighter the past seemed so much quieter that it doesn’t make a noise like death in that it’s truth as the white moon breaks open the tomb of a deserted cartoon that she wrote.

He spent his days trying to remember to not forget to tell her that she’s not alone and that he hopes she’s not that lonely yet because just before her lungs could get wet and she forgets him so funny how life changes on a whim a smile to begin the ups and downs of pretty how towns makes the rounds and cases the grounds of the Puget sounds like a fast train coming.

Stand in front of the Caterpillar across the street that’s doing road work and understand the world from the tank man’s eyes are you surprised or perhaps beside yourself with admiration I know I was surprised surprised at the size it takes a long time to get eyes like that a word to the wise a fact that it takes more than a fancy hat a haircut or base ball bat you got to swing it first those who swing it badly are bad but those who don’t try are the worst kind can you define a person like that by a swing of the bat what if it was really important something they would never forget perhaps always regret long nights he wept for there’s a difference between promises made and promises kept a place in his heart a promised place a voice from a distant star reminding him or her of how far the distance was.

The fast trains coming and it makes him realize that blue skies and goodbyes are very different things from those eyes he tries to justify an existence based on a lie but all he can do is pray and cry to be vindicated by the light that he sees its only purpose is to show how dark he really is inside a fast trains coming and the tears of an angel weigh heavy upon his heart he wants to fly like a angel but little stones hold him back to the tracks the light the innocence.

Fly like an angel because you have things to do fly like an angel because somebody loves you fly like and angel because your broken heart is just two halves of a whole fly like an angel because there’s a rainbow above you fly like an angel because
