About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make music and meet good people
ABOUT ME
I'm part of a band that's currently touring, which is terribly exciting to me.
I've been a guitar player and singer for 14 years or so and spend the majority of my time either doing those things or thinking about doing those things.
I enjoy good food, good coffee, and good beer just about as much as I enjoy bad food (for you), bad coffee (when you can't get a cup of the good stuff), and cheap beer (which pairs as well as it's more expensive counterpart with conversation or a good show).
I can also be a bit verbose, and love to dabble in hyperbole.
PHILOSOPHY
Pay it forward and be awesome to each other.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I've been surfing, but I'm most certainly going to start hosting whenever I get back home.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Very little, but enough to know that couchsurfing is not a free ride. Somebody offering you even a place on their floor is something that should be treated like what it is -- a gift of goodwill.
Interests
We play folksy music. I'm a guitar player for fun.

Music, Movies, and Books
I've not seen a movie in a very long time, but I'm fond of many of them.
I'm into a large variety of music, and I can and will listen to almost anything.
I'm into books as a concept but I rarely get a chance to read them.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've done some cool stuff, but my hopes are that I do so much in my life that I can't remember all of it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach practical knot-tying, basic guitar maintenance, how to hang a door, and how to pack a truck to the brim -- tetris style.
I'd love to learn a second launguage, how to bake (breads or dessert), and how to wire a guitar amp.
