ABOUT ME

Maite - I have quite an amazing list of life events. Being a mum has to be the most amazing thing on the list though!! I grew up in a travelling family and have found it very hard to stay fixed ever since.

Ibaia - I will write for her because she isn't going to come to the computer! She is 11 years old. Her father lives in Munich. We are going to try and stop travelling so much by plane because of the carbon factor, but she has seen 15 countries already and that shows in her personality. Loves horses, anything that glides (rollerblades, Heelys, skateboards etc)and adores her friends and animals.

Yann - he isn't here either so I will just fill in a few details. He is 31, we have been together for 5 years now. Very intelligent and completely passionate about books and Morrissey.

And our latest addition, Ylan. He is 2 years old and so much energy. He doesn't even want to sit in the bike seat, he prefers to jog next to me. No joke! A psychic in the street said he was going to become a very famous sports star...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't been 'officially' couch surfing, but I have had many WOOFing experiences which were wonderful, and have spent most of my travelling experiences at peoples houses and not in backpackers. I do believe it is the closest you can get to the place you are at.

Centres d'intérêt

Many. All of us adore books, we don't have TV but we do enjoy watching movies, we try and do what we can for the environment, which is really not enough. We also love art and spend quite a bit of time in museums. I have ridden horses and lived in the country for most of my life, so I love nature, Yann is a city boy though..
