Hey there!

My name is Iben (confused? Think of it as the Apple version of Ben - iBen)... I'm 26 years old and a master student of economics at the University of Copenhagen.

I'm originally from Aarhus, the "capital city" of Jutland, but I have been living in Copenhagen since June 2011.

I'm all new at this couchsurfing concept so please be patient with me if I ask a stupid question for instance ;)

I'm planning to take a one-year break from my studies in Copenhagen beginning September 2016 where I want to either go traveling, studying or working elsewhere - only time can tell. This is why I decided to create a CS profile! :)

兴趣

I like to spend time with my friends and family, to read good books, to put the music on really loud and dance around, to go for a nice work-out or run... And of course I like to travel, see new places and meet new people! :)

I listen to most music apart from techno or heavy metal. I watch most movies apart from horror films or chick flicks. I read most books apart from crime novels or "fifty shades of grey".

I can cook traditional Danish food for you (forget about Noma and New Nordic! I know the classics :D). If you don't like the food then I could try to entertain you with telling wild stories from all of the exotic places I've travelled to... and even if this doesn't work we can play a game of chess, which I will let you win (I'm a fair chess player so consider this to be an act of big personal sacrifice on my part!)
