ABOUT ME

An easy going person, always ready to have fun, whether it's a party, or just hanging out. I am very friendly, chilled out, easy going, and never too stressed about anything.

I have been backpacking Europe and North America for the last 2 years, and am on the way back home after living a year in Helsinki, Finland. I have spent 3 months in the USA in 2015, and am looking to meet new people and share new experiences!

PHILOSOPHY

"Get stuff done" If you want to do something, make it happen! Today! It is amazing what you will achieve. Also a huge fan of karma, just being nice to everyone makes for a fantastic way of life, and it is a self fulfilling prophecy!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been hosting many Couchsurfers for the past 3 years. Now I am travelling around to see what the other side of the experience is like!

I have been hosting couchsurfers throughout my university life in our student flat. So many good times had!

兴趣

Music. Whether it is playing it (I play drums) or listening to it, it is the one thing I definitely cannot live without! I am a huge extrovert and love hanging out with people having discussions and learning new things. Also love learning about different cultures and languages.

Music.

Electronic is my main jam, favourite artists are Pretty Lights, Phaeleh, Emancipator, Bonobo, Blackmill, Flume, XXYYXX,
Particular love of Drum and Bass with my favourite artists being Fred V & Grafix, Netsky, Sigma, The Upbeats, Noisia.
Also really into wave, with J Louis and Sango being pretty top tier for me.

Also listen to metal occasionally, as I play this music on drums. Artists include As I Lay Dying, Bullet for my Valentine, Killswitch Engage.

Not a huge movie buff, but enjoy watching tv shows, and always open to new ideas! Favourite shows would be Breaking Bad, Suits, Elementary, Dexter, Nathan for you, Entourage, Brooklyn 99, just easy shows. Black Mirror is also great.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiked and camped Mt Washington in 3 foot of snow with 150km windy hail to the face. Could not feel my feet for 12 hours.

Also 10 days of festivals over Romania and Hungary was an incredible time.

Walking on the frozen ocean in Helsinki as the sun sets at 1:30pm

I can teach you how to play drums. I can help you with your English; I am a TESOL teacher. I could also teach you about finance, economics, and accounting.. Although I doubt you would want to! I lived in Helsinki for 1 year so could teach you about the ways of the Nordics, including a bit about the Finnish language!
