Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I was the president of the dance club in my university, which has about 140 members. We made the great stage on our own, not only dancing, but also everything related the stage like music, lighting, movie, story and advertisement. It was very hard for me to gather many kind of motivation of all of them for the one stage.
I can't tell the everything of this story here, but I could learn a lots of thing for being the leader of organization by through many straggles.
