Hello,
My name is Ida, I’m 33 years old. I'm currently taking some time off work to study digital marketing in LA. I’m new to this site and very excited to give it a try!

I’m originally from Finland but been working in Stockholm for the past years. I have a masters degree in finance and I've been working in that field for the past seven years. I moved to LA in the beginning of 2019. I’m now eager to explore the US and neighboring countries.

Food is my passion and I love to cook, bake and explore new restaurants and cuisines. I also love to travel and I've been on many short and long trips (can't list all places I've been to). I have some volunteer experience from India where I spent two months in a cooking school teaching English. I used to be an Airbnb host in Stockholm, which was great fun!

As a person I’m easy going, responsible and clean and I usually get along well with everyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling solo so I think this is a great way to meet new people and cultures. I've never tried couchsurfing before and I'm excited to gain new experiences.
