I have heard about the terminology before before but when my cousin actually did it I decided to look into it. I have a 4 bedroom house in a quiet and safe part of North Texas, I can use it to make it convenient for someone else and also get to meet new people and hopefully that will lead to me not being a stranger in some other part of the country or world.
