ABOUT ME

We are married couple of Ukrainians who are trying to keep an interest in outer world. We like travelling, because of great opportunities of meeting new people, sharing ideas and philosophy, studying and teaching.
We're travelling together.

PHILOSOPHY

We think,that travels is one of the most important experience in human life. It allows you, to see different countries,different way of life, allows you to try it, to understand culture, religion, life from the other side. Every trip makes you more rich. It's not only gives a knowledges, but also understanding of your own.
It is always interesting to exchange views on world, to go deep in details (in cognizing culture and person as well). Will be glad to meet open-minded people to share with them thoughts, to show them pieces of our own Kyiv (also Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk) if we could.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

We're extremely interested in all kinds of arts, but especially in music, books, and movies. I can definitely recommend you to read Jack Kerouak's "Dharma Bum's" and Jon Krakauer's "Into the Wild". It's very hard to figure all the books, movies and music we like :). Someday we'll try.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

- Trekking around Annapurna in Nepal, so for now Thorung-La pass (5416 m) is the highest point we ever trekked. But it's just the beginning :).

- Meeting New Year with a Japanese guy from CS, who didn't speak English at all, and spoke only Russian but really badly :). Watched old Soviet movies with him (he was really happy), and listen some soviet pop from 80s, performed by him on a guitar. That was an intercultural experience! :D Felt ourselves foreigner guests who come to Russia at the end of 80s :)

- Lived 5 days in Zen Buddhist monastery in mountains of China (pretty touristic place at weekends, but still charming), where Olga has a discussions with monks on a incredible english-chineese pidgin about zen symbolism and fundamentals, tea culture and about all the local staff. She even attended a morning service at 5 am. Outstanding achievement from Eugene's point of view :).

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Ukrainian, Polish, some Chinese, make you traditional chinese tea ceremony, share our thoughts and philosophy.
Olga is a kinda master in Hindu and Buddhism philosophy :).
