About Me
Hello! I'm Ignacio or just Nacho (yes, that´s my nickname, like mexican food), I am from Valparaíso, Chile, and nowadays I am based in Copenhagen, Denmanrk
I was living a boring life as a corporative lawyer in my country, and in 2018, I decided to quit my job and travel around the world. After somemonths of a non stop backpacking, I decided to settle in Berlin, Germany, a city that I really love.
Afterwards, I moved to Copenhagen, Denmark. From here, I am traveling once per month to diferent cities, mainly in Europe for now.
When I am traveling, I value to discover authentic places, not tourist artificial cities.
I am interested on history, nature, literature, riding my bike, learning language, human rights, enjoying beautiful building and constructions and spend time with people who live a relaxed life.
BTW, I am vegetarian.
It makes me really happy to learn new thinks and understand the world in different ways
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started to use CSwhen I was traveling by my country on 2012, in that time I used to meet locals and talk about their cities, have some fun, go for walking, and get interesting conversations. Afterward I used it in my hometown, valparaiso, to show the city, or hang out with other explorers. For a term I was really busy with my former job (I quit to travel :) ) and I haven't used for a while . Now I'm in Europe traveling, and my experiences in hostels are average, they are more to party and they don't allow me to understand the real cities, so at this time I'm a little bit frustrated.
Interests
Always looking for new experiences, in this moment of my life staying seated on my desk is not even an option. Im interested in photography, civil rights, astronomy, international relationships, art, get lost in the city, sustainable development, history.

When I've nothing to do I just go walking with my headphones, their are great friend of mine. I like, for instance, arcade fire, David Bowie, arctic monkeys, the strokes, I enjoy music from chile like Denver, Javiera Mena niño cohete, amid others. I'm always looking for new music. I like to talk about music, it's a important part of my life. I love to watch movie so, go cinema. And about books, hope some day I can write a book that already exist inside me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Each time I can, I go far away from the city and I look to the stars, and I imagine how many differences chances we can take or leave.
