I'm 59 y.o. But I feel and behave as a very young man. I love to travel, learn about other people, countries, ideologies and cultures. I love to paint, to write, to take pictures, and watching as many films as I can.
Being a teacher for the last 36 years, keeps me young and interested in all the new stuff people like. Love to dance, red wine, good food, ice cream, chocolates and all kind of bread, cakes and cookies.
I'm gay and I live by my own but I'm very close to my family wich I adore.
Love animals, arts, coffee with a good talk with all kind of people. I love to walk as much as posible, I think it is the only way to discover new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I found out this app 4 or 5 years ago.
I've travelling since I was 14 y.o. But never stayed at someone’s place. So for me this is wonderful. I love people, my house is allways full of friends, so I think it will be lovely to have visitors at home from all around the world.
One day I will use it and became a couchsurfer and not only a host, so I will surf and traveling around the globe, so, I'm offering mine now.

Interests

I hate to talk about the things I don't know. So I love to study, to read, to hear about everything so I can have an idea about the things I like to know about.
Love history. And meeting people from other countries is an amazing and lovely way to learn about it.
I'm not into exercise any more, but I love to have long walks as much as I can.
I live in a wonderful place, if not the paradise itself.

Love classical music, jazz, pop, hindie, really all kind of music.
All kind of movies and all kind of books. But I think my favorite are, accion movies and historic novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the must amazing thing I've ever done, was to pay with my own money my first trip to Europe when I was 13 years old. For 2 years, just because I wanted, not because I needed, I use to work as a waiter. Being so young, people gave me always very large tips that I used to save in 3 big brown ceramig pigs. So, when my father told me he was sending my older sister to Europe, I say I wanted to go with her, it was a long trip, 2 months in England studing english and 45 days traveling around Europe. But he told me that it was quite expensive and the minimum age required was 16 y.o. I broke my ceramic pigs and took all the money off. My father saw and counted the money, call to the travel agency, told them my story and they let me go with my sister.
