I can offer a bed and a separate room. There is a shower, a washing machine, the kitchen, wifi, etc. If I have the time when you visit, I can show you around the city, go out for beers, etc.
I like to follow some common sense rules in the apartment - it is nothing special though, for example, keeping it more or less clean and doing dishes after a meal.
