Hi! I'm Igor. Working as a coach, organizational and management consultant (psychodynamic approach). Master of Psychology degree (Distinction) from National Research University - Higher School of Economics and a Clinical Psychologist qualification from Central State Medical Academy.
Also graduated from Harvard Business School (HBS campus, Boston, USA), executive education programs:

· HBS - Teaching and Writing Cases: Socratic Method and Management Education (Prof. Rawi Abdelal / Prof. Alexandra Vacroux)
Earned Master of Global Public Policy (MGPP) international degree at Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Dean: prof. Robin Lewis, PhD, former Dean at SIPA, Columbia University, USA)
Obtained Master of Management degree (Distinction) at MOSPOLYTECH (Moscow State Open University).
In addition, also have professional experience working in leading system integrators, consulting, telecom, NGOs and investment-banking sectors, as well as serving as a professional (independent) director in joint-stock companies with state and private capital participation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe the best way to understand a city—or a person—is to share a roof, a meal, and a story together. As a coach and organizational psychologist I spend my days helping teams build trust; Couchsurfing lets me practice the same curiosity and openness in everyday life. When I travel I’m not looking for a free bed but for conversations that don’t fit into guidebooks: a neighbor’s favorite bakery, a host’s childhood memory, a spontaneous walk at sunset.

Each encounter reminds me how quickly strangers become teachers.
