Happy mom of two living at the beach in NC. Meeting like-minded people, doing just about anything outdoors, exploring new places and distant lands are on the top of our list. We have lived in The Netherlands for several years but back in North Carolina since 2012.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My first CS experience was in The Netherlands back in 2008. I showed up in a little Dutch town and was really nervous. The hostess made me feel right at home and I realized just one person can turn an unknown destination into a warm, life long connection. That is beautiful!
