Hey, I am Kuang-Cheng from Taiwan. I'm 22 years old, and I am a National Tsing Hua University graduate with a major in Power Mechanical Engineering. Now I continue to pursue my master study in Germany with a focus on simulation software. Starting when I was a teenager, I was fascinated with the process of taking an idea from concept to reality and was passionate about making tangible things. While studying engineering, I approached product design with a focus on human-centered design process. Besides, I love cars very much, I hope I can work with automotive industry in the future, design or make it!

I have been to several countries with my family. However, most of the time we travel around Taiwan. We love to go to the beach and enjoy the sunshine, and also mountain hiking. The fresh air and the beauty nature are the reason why we love to do this. However, food is another important thing that we travel! Delicious and magical food is the power of our trip.

I also really love to travel by myself and chat with many strangers who also travel themselves. I met and chatted with many people who have different background when my first solo trip in Taiwan, that's amazing! And I often hiking in the mountains with strange old woman, they always tell me long stories in their life and teach me some hiking skills. Listening different stories from different kinds of people is a very interesting thing. That will make me feel the world is so big and I need to create a cool life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It may be cool to share my experience of international contact. A Buddy Program in my university gives me an opportunity to develop a broader sense of understanding, expand my cultural horizon and strengthen my intercultural skills and competences. I offer linguistic support, cultural guidance, student life information and provide helping hand both on and off campus. These experiences is the most valuable one I have, being immersed in an environment, which have many people enriched by all the different cultures and backgrounds they come from.

I can teach you Chinese, for speaking and also for writing(calligraphy)
It will be fun because Chinese is the most funny letter you will know as long as you try and discover
