Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that the most gratifying experience takes place in the learning zone--which is a bit outside the comfort zone. So, while hotels can provide uniform experiences and keep me comfortable, I've noticed that they haven't provided the best way to explore a place. Talking to locals when possible, getting to know the city by foot, and exploring things is my mode of traveling.

Interests

By far, my favorite sport is indoor rock climbing and, if I get a chance, outdoors climbing as well. I'm also a computer programmer.
