Hi everyone, I'm Ilaria. I'm from Italy but I have also spanish origins. I like to say that the world is really different but we have to consider first that we are all human beings. So I really like to feel connected with persons from all over the world, discovering cultures and sharing thoughts without judging. I don't think I'm able to say who I am with few sentences and actually I don't like this way of presenting oneself with a packaging philosophy. I can say I'm open and easy going. I'm interested in sharing moments and experiences. I'm graduated in communicacion, journalism and sociology and I'm studying to take my second degree in professional education in order to work as educator and I'm also a musician and singer. I write my own songs and I would like to do it in life as a job or maybe both!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

There is not to much to say about it. I'm on couchsurfing cause it's amazing. I mean I really share the reason why couchsurfing was born. I like to be connected with people and to share. I also like to visit one place though the experiences and stories a person living there has. It's discovering in a doble way. Inside and outside. So it gives me a feeling of completeness. And I've most of the time had amazing experience and met amazing people thanks to couchsurfing.

Centres d'intérêt

Music, sport, reading, cinema, travelling. I practise yoga and meditation. I'm trying to respect my body and my soul too. I believe it's necessary to work on oneself in order to change the world in positive. Big changes starts by small ones. That's why I always try to do my best with myself and with the people. I'm trying all the days to live a more conscious life, respecting people, animals, nature. I try to be active and to search the closest thing to truth. Investigating why things are like they are. I think that having a positive attitude it's really important.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music: I listen every kind of music but the one I really feel is Jazz, blues, soul and R&b. I think in an other life I was a black woman. I really feel it. But I also like rock, reggae and others. If I had to say my first 3 favourite artists, I would say: Jeff Buckley, Stevie Wonder and Pat Metheny. They touch my soul.

Film: Withouth any doubt my favourite film is "The help". I like films that have something to say, not only action. So I like dramatic or biographical film. I love documentaries. And I really like animations film.

Books: I don't know. I mean, I usually go to the library and I spend some hours there. I start to have a look to the books and there's always one book that catch my attention. This one I choose until the next one. Usually I follow my intuitions.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I think that each day I have the possibility and opportunity to do something incredible, it depends if I'm willing or not. So the most incredible thing is my willness to live life in an incredible way. It's about attitude.
