Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have attended CS socials, language exchange events and have surfed with some Awesome people in California, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, New York City and Denver!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far CouchSurfing has been a great experience! Every event I've attended has shown me more and more that there are still REAL people left in the world willing to opening their arms to new people from everywhere! It's really warms my heart to see such great communities of people!

Interests

I'm a bit of a karaoke addict, I just love getting up on stage and getting my friends to join in on the fun. I enjoy knitting, braiding hemp, cross stitching. I love making things for friends and family and seeing them enjoy the pieces I make for them. I also really love to cook and entertain, whether it's cooking for a roommate or a group of friends. I always like to have a theme; music, food and drink to match. It's all about the ambiance! Traveling has always been a love of mine and I always jump at the chance to explore a new place even in my own city and being a foodie takes it to another level. I love trying new and interesting food, it's a mission for me every where I travel! I mean I have a whole photo album dedicated to the food I eat at different places all over!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy all types of movies but my favorites are foreign love stories and horror movies, Japanese mostly but I like French and Latin movies, too! I like movies that pull me from my seat and place me in their worlds.

I love music, all types, anything that has depth, meaning and moves me. Overall I have to say I'm definitely a 90s girl!

I enjoy reading about people and their real life experiences of growing up in different cultures, and books about times and places that could possibly exist.

Getting off the airplane to my new adventures in Spain, and Portugal!
Waking up in the mountains of the Algarve with the heat of the sun on my back and the coolness of the breeze... Beyond beautiful!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to knit and random easy cooking tips for beginners. I want to learn how to cook more varieties of food and styles of cooking. I can share my experience in life, music, and food.
