After graduating from my master’s degree in Paris I decided to become a full-time traveller, to explore the world, the body and the soul. I spent 5 months in India, bicycled in the South of France, learned yoga and meditation on the way.
I love cooking vegetarian/vegan food for my hosts, and teaching yoga if they want to. So come practice with me!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent 3 weeks trekking in the Annapurna region in Nepal with another French traveller. We did the Annapurna circuit but went clockwise rather than anti clockwise like most trekkers, which I first thought was impossible. But making the impossible possible is what makes our heart beat, isn’t it?
