ABOUT ME

All over the place. I believe in being positive - really, might as well make the best of what's available! Ambitious is an understatement. Energetic- I can't stop moving. I'm the sort of person who sightsees for 10 hours, gets up early, reads the paper, and does it all over again (with a smile). Enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate or green tea and an in-depth conversation about anything at all. Sociable - my friends joke that I could get a wall to respond to me. Usually organized, sometimes my brain seems to take a vacation and I do or say completely random things.

PHILOSOPHY

I love the "authentic" travel experiences. Not one to eat McDonalds while hanging out in Eastern Europe for example!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Italy, Malta, Belgium! The best part of the experience was being invited out with my host's friends and going to all of the "local" places.

Cooking (I will gladly cook you a meal if I'm hosting or being hosted!), food in general, long distance running, yoga (particularly hot yoga), staying abreast of world news, nerdy finance topics (mergers&acquisitions), improving squash game, hiking.

Musica, film e libri

Music: there is a playlist for every mood. From traditional jazz like Miles Davis, to top 40, and back to rock. Some of my favourite songs I discovered by listening to other people's playlists!
