I am 44 yrs old gentlemen living by my self in sea side town St Leonards on Sea .. my home very close to st.leonards town centre by walk 5 min .. Hasting town centre by walk 15 min.
If you fancy bit of suntan from my home to local beach only takes 7 min by walk ..
