About Me

To celebrate life

I think I can call myself a friendly and open-minded person who really enjoys meeting new people, traveling, and other exciting activities! I love life, adventures, and learning new things everyday. I am open to various offers, do not hesitate to write me ;)

I am also a hairdresser who does not have so much experience but is always ready to help you with your haircut, so write me if you are not afraid to experiment.

Note: Do not forget that CS is not a dating site! :)

Life in movement. Never stop.
What goes around, comes around. -A bit cliché but it's a total truth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If I am able to I am in for hosting, if not, try to be active in CS meetings and other events.

Only positive! Since joining CS I keep on facing its advantages over and over again. I've met many wonderful people here.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: 'Eternal Sunshine og the Spotless Mind', 'The Girl on the Bridge', 'Trainspotting', 'Fight club', 'Shutter Island'. I love the works of P. Almodovaro ('Volver', 'The Skin I Live in', 'Talk to Her'), R. Polanski. However, European cinema is much more attractive to me than Hollywood in most cases.

Music: TECHNO, Minimal, Electronic music in general, Classic, Rock

Books: I love classical English literature such as the works of Agatha Christie and Arthur Conan Doyle. Also, I enjoy reading Lithuanian books such as the earliest pieces of Jurga Ivanauskaite.

Other authors - Irvine Welsh, Chuck Palahniuk, Sue Townsend, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Frederic Beigbeder, Helen Fielding. I've recently became crazy about Nick Hornby's books. I love reading in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most of my life has been pretty amazing so far, fortunately.

Teach, Learn, Share

'The trouble with my generation is that we all think we're fucking geniuses. Making something isn't good enough for us, and neither is selling something, or teaching something, or even just doing something; we have to be something.'
Nick Hornby

"The world must be all fucked up,” he said then, “when men travel first class and literature goes as freight.'
Gabriel Garcia Marquez

'Nowadays most people die of a sort of creeping common sense, and discover when it is too late that the only things one never regrets are one’s mistakes.'
Oscar Wilde

'If you're not failing every now and again, it's a sign you're not doing anything very innovative.'
Woody Allen

'When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.' J. Hendrix
