ABOUT ME

I'm 38. Defining anything else about me in one sentence seems silly. I cook, I build bikes, I make metal jewelry. I like good beer, good friends and bonfires. I like to make the most of my time, even if that means simply reading a book or riding bikes around the city. I stay really active, however that works. The only sport I'm just plain awful at is Golf. I'm a career bartender, love making drinks, nightlife, and meeting new people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm willing to host just about anyone and have a pretty sweet one bedroom apartment with a huge wraparound couch that I sometimes prefer to sleep on rather than my bed :) I'm located really close to the heart of downtown Wilmington and I'm an excellent tour guide. I've biked every inch of this city and will gladly show anyone around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My only couch surfing experience to date was when this nice couple stayed with my housemate/neighbors. We all cooked out and biked around the city and they gave us crystals they had mined in the mountains as thank you gifts. Fun times, really down to earth people.

Cycling, dancing, climbing, surfing, fishing, hanging out on the porch on a sunday afternoon with some friends and a grill. Live music, ping-pong and designing jewelry.

Took off to Barcelona for 6 weeks with no plan and no where to stay.

I can teach people how to build/fix/maintain/enjoy anything about bicycles. I've also trained Shaolin Kung Fu and can teach basic skills to people who are willing to learn.
