Hi there! I'm an open-minded, relaxed and sociable travel addict from the most southern part of The Netherlands. Unfortunately, I have to work in-between my trips, but I'm not complaining ;)
Normally I try to make a longer trip in January- February and some smaller trips in spring and summer.
I try to live life to the fullest: both when I'm at home as when I'm on the road. During my travels I love to see and do as much as possible. I love being active: from hiking and biking to swimming and scuba diving. The best part about traveling is meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, tasting local food and cocktails and feeling the local vibe.

Back home my life consist (besides working) of exercising (running, bootcamp), meeting up with friends and family and going to concerts and festivals. For the latter I tend to travel a lot as well..

I've traveled quite a lot the last 20 years, but I've never tried Couchsurfing before. Didn't really think about that option, until other travellers I met told me about it. They were really enthusiastic about both parts: being a guest and hosting. They convinced to sign up and I would love to have the same wonderful experience as they've had. Unfortunately, my own house is not ready yet to host people, but when it is, I definitely will.

Meeting new people from all over the world and having a good time is what I love the most about traveling. Couchsurfing will hopefully give an extra dimension to traveling..
