ABOUT ME

I like various theatrical arts, all kinds of music from rock to indie to show tunes. I'm a big time animal person, I love my dogs as if they were my real children! I'm a very organized individual and I don't like letting things get too messy. I work hard, and I play hard. I'm very much interested in tattoos and alternative cultures, international cultures, world history and world news. My dream is to move to Europe one day.

I'm here to meet intelligent and interesting people from all around the world, whether that's surfing or hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted someone from Brazil, Hi Marcos!However, I have yet to experience surfing myself. I've had somewhat related experiences, sometimes staying in hostels when travelling to different countries.

My current obsession is "American Horror Story" and I cant wait for it's season premier of "Freak Show" on 8 October. I love music, vampires, hiking, vaudeville,cabarets, 1920s-1940s, theatre, I keep meaning to go to "Sleep No More" and this other participation theatre, any thing outdoors, Dita Von Tease, reading classical fiction, new fiction, autobiographies & biographies, and anything on European history. I love painting my face, getting dressed up and pretending to be someone or something else...Halloweens coming soon. woo hoo! I'm also interested in trying out new things as well. My number one interest is travelling. If I could make a career out of travelling, I would.

I love any books having to do with the 1920s in France and America. I also like books of germany during the 1930s and have been reading a lot about that lately. I also tend to read a lot about the history of English kings and queens, the medieval period of Europe, ancient Rome, and Frederico Borgias (and his bastard children) - the Pope sometime in the 1500s. I can go on and on. My 2 favorite books ever are Vladimir Nabokov's "Lolita" and Kate Chopin's "The Awakening." Movies and TV: anything by Quentin Tarantino, "American Horror Story," "House of a Thousand Corpses," "The Devil's Rejects," "Amelie," "Fight Club," "Game of Thrones," "Spartacus," "Bram Stoker's Dracula," "Interview With a Vampire," "Boardwalk Empire" and many more. Music: everything but country music.
