ABOUT ME
I moved to the U.S. from Belarus when I was eight. Growing up I always thought of myself as "Russian" up until I started working in Russia, when I promptly because "the American" in the room. So, mild identity crisis aside, I'm aspiring to be a citizen of the world. I'm in the process of starting up my own law firm in Chicago, and I often feel like my favorite hobby is looking for hobbies.
PHILOSOPHY
Live and let live.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've surfed with others and have gone to a couple of get-togethers. I'd love to get more involved.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
While traveling through Poland and Ukraine for EURO 2012, my friends and I stayed with several awesome couchsurfers. This was an entirely new experience for me, and I was amazed by how awesome the CS community is. After I was back in the U.S., I attended a couple of CS events in Richmond, Virginia. All of it has been enjoyable.
