ABOUT ME

Hey! I am Ilze. I was born 20-something years ago in Riga, Latvia. I would describe myself as open-minded and I love to have good talks about ideas and concepts. I was studying journalism, so I am interested in people's stories and experiences. In most situations I like to be an observant and I always appreciate honesty and straightforwardness.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone is genius. But if you judge fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid(A.Einstein).

I prefer scandinavian literature, such authors like Peter Høeg with his `Miss Smilla`s feeling for snow`, Herbjorg Wassmo with her `Dina's book` and Per Olov Enquist with his `The Book about Blanche and Marie`

my music taste is eclectic but I'm more in rock and indie bands

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Participating in Summer Open Singing Workshop in Warsaw, Poland (summer 2010), I met there fantastic, amazing and inspiring people from different European countries.
