I have busy life and a lot of duties, including participate in non-government organizations and sometimes voluntary activities, too. But at the same time I love to travel as long as I remember myself, exploring new countries, cities, nature parks, hiking trails or just interesting spots. I love make photos of interesting details, wonders of nature and anything else, what makes this moment wonderful. And I don't sort people by age, gender or nationality - most important are common interests, open mind and emotional inteligence. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel and to see the world, and I am happy, if I meet people with the same passion. If it seems interesting for You, I will be glad to tell about my country and culture and to know something worthful from local people, too. Some common walks through the area or hanging around and enjoying vibes of the city or nature are nice idea, too. Or some spontaneous idea to make home-made dinner, or maybe go to some special place just because it fits to Your todays mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Started to be international pet sitter for cats and bunnies and have already taked care about around 10 fluffy ones in different countries. :)
Left everything at age around 30 and went to Denmark for living and studying in Folkehojskole, International course (1/2 year).

Teach, Learn, Share

I am tea-addicted, so can share knowledge of preparing different types of tea.
I will be grateful to learn some basic words and phrases in Your native language and can teach You the same in Latvian, if You want.
I have learned to travel solo very free and with confidence last 15 years, and I am sure, I can share some tricks about solo travelling and maybe hear some of Yours as well. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a lot of impressions, pictures and stories from my international travels. I like to speak about my country Latvia as well. I can be very silent roommate, but I enoy conversations until sunrise, too. And I can definately feed or cuddle Your cat, if You need it. :)
