I'm a shy introvert by nature, so I grow myself through traveling solo. I can be really silly once I get close to someone. I'm a pretty loyal friend and will always have your back. I don't go crazy with the partying, but I can be quite adventurous when it comes to new experiences, nothing too overboard. I'm a smoker, but I'm conscientious of those around me, so if I'm CouchSurfing at your place, I won't light up if the smell bothers you. My travels are guided by my interest in food and music, so those get me out of my shell. I believe that you'll be more fulfilled and happy, if you just go for the things that you love and be kind to one another, and that's what I've been striving to do. I'm not getting any younger, haha.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling and meeting new people to get out of my comfort zone, stimulating my inner self with new and unique experiences. Filling my life with beautiful memories because YOLO... and also a bit of the FOMO 😅

I love food, either savoury or sweet. A social drinker, not too heavy. I love many kinds of music, 90s, early 2000s punk rock, rock in general, some metal, jazz, blues, bossa nova and anything with a heavy bass.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first solo trip to the French Quarters in New Orleans, where I listened to tons of good live music, ate delicious food and had amazing, cheesy oysters at this place that has a happy hour of $1 per oyster. They also had raw oysters, but I love cheese.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you my hometown language, which is Malay. If you're interested, I can teach you 3D skills like modeling, texturing and animation in Maya, Mari and Zbrush, how to edit videos in After Effects, or how to edit your pictures in Photoshop, since these are in my line of work. I'm keen to learn the local ways of wherever I'm visiting, not just based on TripAdvisor.
