ABOUT ME

I am an Anthropologist with a master in Medical Anthropology. I Bartend while in School and currently I am pursuing my certificate in public health at Wayne State University. I come from a large family (7 kids) we are all well traveled and, for the most part, well rounded. I am an active person but also like my quiet and alone time. I am a social person but also private. I like to do many things and don’t mind trying new things. I love good company, food, good wine and well basically anything else that’s put in front of me.

To be part of the solution not part of the problem.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a unique city that has not had the best of reputations. I would love to introduce Detroit and is myriad of eclectic people to anyone who is interested. If I can be part of changing the world’s perception of Detroit and introduce some really very cool cats to others...well Great
I also love to travel. I know that the cost of staying in a hotel can damper the length of stay and how often one can travel. I also know that it can make a trip that much more exiting to meet locals willing to show you around or point you in the right direction.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I found the courage to jump off (feet first of course) a 20+ foot platform into a pool of crystal clear water at the bottom of a cave 50ft under the ground. (a cenote in Tulum Mexico).
