COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started by wanting to surf, but I turned out to have hosted more than surfed! Both are stimulating and inter-reflexive in different ways, and the chance to meet interesting people, and getting or giving help in travel, is what attracts me to this community. These days I'm on an extended traveling trip (studying and doing research away from Taiwan), so I don't have to opportunity to host, and I also went on a hiatus from CS for some years. Recently I've started surfing and meeting CS friends again, and the people I've met are as amazing as I've remembered :)

Interessen

I have been learning the tabla in Lahore, these days I am doing research on music in Sindh. I practice yoga and a type of Chinese chigong sometimes. I love being entertained by a good story, exploring a new aspect of human culture, and experimenting with tastes and cooking spices. Love being in nature (especially swimming in mountains and seas), love human artistry in any shape or form, and am particularly attracted to heritage places
