ABOUT ME

I have passion for learning foreign languages, for writing and translating. In the language of the mohawk people to translate means to transplant something from one soil to another. When you transplant a living plant, you must be careful so that you don’t hurt its roots, you must make sure that the plant will get enough water and light on the new spot. The same thing applies to the act of translating. It is like gardening in the field of language and words are precisely like living plants. I have acquired indology degree from the Centre of Eastern Languages and Cultures. Have practiced hindi in Agra for seven memorable months and now i keep on trying to stay tuned with the frequency of India.

PHILOSOPHY

To get to know yourself, first you must get to know the Earth and the Nature...but in order to get to know the Earth and the Nature....first you must get to know your self....

In India anyone on the street is ready to host you. Strangers meet you, welcome you by saying "Enjoy your time in our country" and hand a piece of paper to you with their own address and contacts:
"Just in case, if there is any trouble, i will help you"... and the thing is that you never asked for such thing. People there are extremely hospitable. They have preserved the natural way of communication which the capitalistic countries have lost.

Interests

I am interested in ecology, because i do take care for the Mother Earth. In animals because they are our relatives and endless source of inspiration. In tribes because the tribal man is the best connoisseur of the language of Nature, he is the first philologist on Earth. In languages because they bring us together although usually they tend to separate people.

Why am I interested in native people. It is like asking a painter "why do you paint?" Inner impulse, a gift, inspiration, feelings,not subject to reason, reasons, not subject to our control. It can be compared only with falling in love, with the union of sounds and frequencies between two people, which makes them feel like complementing elements of one entity.
