ABOUT ME

I'm a Photography Student, 26 years old/young :) I just moved to Madrid. I am attending a master of fine art photography program at the IED Madrid. I want to try to learn as much as possible from the country and culture. I want to learn the language so I am still looking for a language exchange partner :) I really like meeting new people from different countries and cultures, so If you see my profile you can always send me a message and I am always up for having fun, drinks, talk about life, try some delicious food or just hang out and explore the city. I have been travelling quite a bit in my life!

PHILOSOPHY

Woow what a deep question is this.. Uhm I live my life like there is no tomorrow.. Sometimes this is a good thing and sometimes it can be a bad thing. I just like to have fun and I do think about the future but it doesn't influence the decisions I am taking right now.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to get to know new people and explore the city together and just have fun! I want them to have the same experience I had when I met locals from for example Australia!
I am open to new things and ideas!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I signed up for Couchsurfing when I just got to Beijing, honestly it was one of the best things I ever did. I made so many friends through couchsurfing. We started out with a weekendtrip to Chengde, which was amazing, the group of people we went with were so much fun and crazy in a good way. After that we planned a lot of other things, like a Wine & Cheese night, drinks at Houhai, Bowling every thursday has become a tradition now. We celebrated Sinterklaas a dutch holiday. It's been so much fun and I really loved the Beijing CS community it's so big and active. I showed a lot of couchsurfers around Beijing even if it was just for a day!
I had the same experience in Tokyo, I met so many great Couchsurfers who either travelled to Tokyo or are locals or people who had moved there just like me. I am sure this Madrid CS experience is going to be amazing as well!
