My name is Ingeborg, I´m from Norway. I´m currently living in La Paz, Bolivia, but during the last few years I´ve lived in Thailand and Spain as well. I love to travel, explore and get to know new people.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

A few years back I went to Indonesia, and coach-surfed for the first time. It became an indescribable journey, filled with good memories and new friends. I decided to join couch surfing, and prepared myself for coming adventures.

- I´ve seen the sunset from the sahara desert, and played music and dances with locals all night long
- I´ve stayed for weeks with a tribe, where cows and chickens woke me up in the morning, where I had to shower standing in a bucket using the water it contained and where spiders of the size of tarantellas entered my sleeping room almost daily.
- We went for a long distance buss trip, and ended up walking trough mud as the road was covered by it, paying of a motorcycle driver to give us and all of our luggage a ride, hitch-hiking in the back of ta crunk for hours, before at least arriving to a village where we payed more than the whole trip, just for the final hours to reach my destination. Despite all the extra time we spent, it became one of my favorite memories in Latin America.
