Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience is not through CS, but I will never forget this one. While hitchhiking me and my friends got stuck in a sad bit of nowhere in france, there had just been a big flood so everything looked really grey. It was getting dark and we walked for hours near the motorway, looking for a place to camp. Finally we found a field to camp in, but the hunters in that same field weren't to happy to see us (and you want to make men with guns happy, always...). We were so tired and then we saw big wall behind which we hoped would be a house. We walked up there and asked the people if we could maybe camp in the garden. And it turned out that behind the walls was paradise! Flowers everywhere, fruittrees of which we could eat as much as we wanted, at that moment it felt like heaven and beyond. The people even offered us a (real!) bed and we felt on top of the world =)

Interests

Bonfires on the beach. Bonfires anywhere else. (World)music (preferably with a bonfire, ha!). Walking - maybe not too long. Talking - very looong. Friends, smiling, dancing. SUN! Finding every possible carbootsale and charityshop to buy silly stuff I don't really need for hardly any money. A beer (and another one, and another one, and anoth.....). Meeting new (interesting!) people. Oh, and almost everything else
