I'm looking to find a graduate school that suits my educational needs and that exists in a place where I can feel at home while seeing and experiencing new things.

ABOUT ME

Above all I am a professional music appreciator. I am always searching for new music and holding on tightly to that which I have already found. To list a few examples...The Decemberists, No Kids, Fleet Foxes, Wolf Parade, Iron and Wine, Conor Oberst (also as Bright Eyes), Lykke Li, and Bob Dylan. I better stop there before I get carried away.
I study art and interior design. My media concentration is in printmaking and watercolor. I adore what I do, but architecture is what I long for as a career and I am in the midst of searching for the right school to get me into this profession.
I love to fly kites, hike, ski, laugh, attend happy hour, meet new people and get new perspectives on life.
I am currently living in Seattle couch surfing on my friend's couch for the entire summer. I came out here instead of going back home to Omaha to experience a new kind of place and see great music. I love the NORTHWEST!

PHILOSOPHY

I am open to any experience that provokes a new feeling, even if that feeling is painful. I long to constantly be changing and growing within myself. There is no such thing as "being myself" because that never lasts for more than a moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not surfed using this website before but my friend here in Seattle has frequent surfing guests and I was inspired by her to join. I love to host good people and show them around.
