Because I think when you travel you often tend to do it superficially, staying in the comfortable bubble of a hostel or airbnb while it's meeting locals that really allows you to understand and 'feel' a place. I think that experience is super valuable and I love to see new places through the eyes of the people that live there and enjoy it.
