ABOUT ME

I studied cultural studies and pedagogy at University in Torun. I'm a pretty calm person but very geeky. I love watching movies, tv shows, listening to the music, sleeping and eating chocolate cakes. Sometimes sunshine is enough to make me smile, when it's not- look above. And I don't like writing about myself.

Interests

I'm interested in arts. Cinema above all. There isn't many more things that I enjoy more than watching movies. I play guitar and ukulele a little :) I love sci-fy shows, spending too much time on my computer and all stuff nerdy (although I'm not very good with technology). I want to be a teacher (actually not "a" but a great one) so I find any conversation about pedagogy and education fascinating.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like listening to jazz, blues, rock& roll mostly. I will always have a special place in my heart for The Beatles. And I love, love, love watching movies- from 'Rocky Horror' to 'Dogville'. The genre really depends on the day. Except 'Moulin Rouge'- I could watch it anytime. I love Woody Allen's sense of humor both in his movies and books. I also very much enjoy reading Oscar Wild, Gombrowicz and Eco. And don't even let me start on my tv shows... Let's just say that currently at the top of my list are "Doctor Who", "Game of Thrones", "Sherlock", "Supernatural", "Arrow", "Flash", "Community", "The Big Bang Theory", "It's Always Sunny...", "Silicon Valley"...

I would be more than happy, if you tell me something about movies or ask me about them. And I'm always open to learn about different cultures and lifestyles. Anything associated with nerdiness is always welcome! :D
