ABOUT ME

Life is an adventure and I'm always eager to try something new, explore a new place, and meet new people.
I am a nerd sometimes. I am an artist sometimes. I am (a little) crazy always. I am a friend for good and bad. I like reading. I like taking baths and lounging in hot tubs. I like renting movies and going out to the movies. I like drinking sometimes but I equally enjoy sobriety. I enjoy the time spent with family and friends. I try to be a good person and sometimes I even succeed.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyday gives the opportunity for a new adventure, a new friendship and a new direction as long as I have open eyes, an open heart and an open mind.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to meet new people over coffee or a day trip to a museum or walk around the neighborhood. I want to surf your couch when I travel and I want people to surf my couch as they travel! I look forward to participating in the different groups and exploring new places with new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was fairly active with couch surfing during my year in Switzerland. I attended some meetings and met up with many couch surfers. I went to the 3 country christmas market meeting in Dec 08 and Giuze's 3yr CS anniversary in Jan/Feb 09. I've also done a few things via the Geneva group. Some of my best friends in Switzerland are because of CS.
I'd like to see it become the same integral part of my life here in the states.

Movies- American History X, Brotherhood of the Wolves, The Golden Compass, Rocky Horror, Fight Club..... (in no particular order)
Music- depends on the mood anything from rock to reggae to jazz, ani difranco, sublime, Tool, A perfect Circle, 50 cent, avril lavine, rammestein....
Books- where do I begin? with authors- Neil Gaiman, Anne Rice, Barbara Kingsolver, Margaret Atwood, Laurell K Hamilton, Phillip Pullman, Francesca Lia Block, Jane Austin...
I could go on forever with books movies and music. Even in Switzerland, I have a nice collection of books! Need a suggestion or a loan, let me know. I have a bunch of books (in english tho).

Getting my passport for the first time at the age of 21 and moving to Switzerland. ( I know you can't believe I didn't have my passport till 21 but in the US you dont need it to go alot of places. I've been to Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and Canada without it!)
