ABOUT ME

I'm a part-time student who has been working on a degree for the duration of my adult life. I've been on some small adventures, but really nothing major yet. I've just kind of come to realize that life is too short to live in a bubble, sticking to what's comfortable and easy. So, that said, I'm looking to open up and meet new people, rock some new experiences and the like...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I haven't done much travelling. I'm hoping to change that in the future, and can't think of a better way to do so than to couchsurf around a bit! I've also got extra sleeping space available at my place, so I'm more than willing to host.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Books: Virtually anything by Palahniuk (although he has had his misses) or David Sedaris, Catch 22, We Wish to Inform You that Tomorrow We Will be Killed With our Families, Catcher in the Rye, Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs, Killing Yourself to Live, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Even Cowgirls get the Blues, How to be a Canadian, the Fuck-up, Thank You for Smoking, Boomsday... and plenty more I can't think of right now.
Movies: Fight Club, Waking Life, Pulp Fiction, Donnie Darko, The Royal Tenenbaums, Edward Scissorhands, Magnolia, Away from Her, I Heart Huckabees, Me you, and Everyone we Know... again, I'm sure there are more I'm forgetting.
Music: All kinds of stuff... I dig some metal/hardcore, into dancey-electro-pop sort of stuff these days, lots of poppy-indie music, and definitely folky/emo music. I heart Bright Eyes.
