Iqbal has long balanced the structured discipline of plantation management with the expressive freedom of visual storytelling. Iqbal holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) and MS in Forestry from the University of Chittagong, and a Commonwealth Executive MBA (CEMBA) under the Commonwealth of Learning. Alongside his professional contributions to the tea industry, he has authored five widely respected books on tea, each reflecting his deep understanding of the industry and its cultural, ecological, and economic dimensions which offering insights into its agronomy, culture, and sustainability.
