I am a veterinarian interested in conservation biology and research focused on large carnivores. That is what my life revolves around at the time but there is a lot more about me. As an outdoor person, I love to hike, climb, horse ride and skiing..depending on the season :)

I also love to travel and discover different cultures. I usually combine work and travel as volunteering veterinarians are always needed around the world, but sometimes it is just for pure pleasure and adventure. Or simply an escape from the well-known everyday routine which is the most common travel reason if you ask me :) As a simple, open-minded person I am, you will have a hard time to get into a fight with me, or not find a comprise. My curiosity helps around here too :)

What also keeps me going are fantastic panoramic views that can be seen and discovered all around the world. I want to smell the air, taste local food, hear new languages and share my experience with other travelers!
