ABOUT ME

i'm just a kid with glasses who likes to read. tryin' to find my way in the world.

i work for a latin america solidarity organization and am part of a fellowship for jewish community organizers. i'm part of a radical cheerleading squad. i'm into writing, going out dancing, vegetarian food, guitar, thrift stores, outdoor festivals, social justice (particularly queer & trans liberation, fair trade, feminism, immigration justice, etc), coffee shops, books, zines, libraries, theme parties, animals, sitting by bodies of water, and spontaneous moments.

i'm pretty new to couchsurfing. i've surfed once and hosted once, and each have been great opportunities. i love how cs works and am looking forward to meeting new people and having new adventures!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

traveled around south africa interviewing activists, public officials, refugees, etc about the state of human rights since apartheid, and written two articles that got published in a book.

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach you beyonce's "single ladies" dance and some radical cheers! also some chords on the guitar and some really basic spanish. i can edit/proofread things for you in english. i want to learn hebrew, ASL, ukelele, urban gardening, and knitting.
