My name is Ira, I'm an audio designer.
I create meditative journeys with storytelling for deep relaxation and stress management, helping people connect with themselves. It's like VR, but it's all audio, and everything happens in your imagination.

Now it's my profession: listen to and selecting ambient music, recording voiceovers, and collaborating with composers and musicians. In 2020, I left my job after spending 10 years building a career in international logistics and e-commerce. Since then, I've been developing my own audio design production called #States of being.
I create and record meditations for the Moonly app.
I also conduct group audio experiences using headphones for sunset and sunrise gatherings, hikes, and ecstatic dances.

Current mission:

~ Lifting others out of the ordinary and putting them in touch with their spiritual side~

Living by the following rules:

- follow my heart whenever it calls me
- leave a place I stay a little bit better than I found it

I'm practicing meditation for 12 years. So if you always wondered about meditation but didn't know where to start from - ask me )

Through my life I was always aiming at to things:
1) spiritual self-development 2) professional realization

Solo traveller. Certified freediver. Meditation lover. Working in start-up environment.
I'm genuinely fascinated with the mystery of life and have faith in the links among all things.

I left Moscow in 2022 and since then live in Bali and travelling.
