ABOUT ME

Inka is a caring, giving person who loves to host people in her home. She and her family love to have couchsurfers and have hosted people from Canada, California, and Australia. Some have become long time friends. Saugerties is a great little village which people enjoy visiting. The house is around the corner from Main St. so it's easy to visit the shops in town and eat out in many fine restaurants.

I am a yoga instructor and doula. I teach about natural health and consult with families so that they can offer their kids the best natural health available.
